1) Description of Spur Gear

Their axial force-free characteristics simplify the bearing and box design of the equipment.
2) Feature of Spur Gear
The installation requirements are low, and no precise adjustment of the axial positioning is required. Ordinary deep groove ball bearings can meet the support needs;
simple maintenance, easy to disassemble and replace when there is a fault, and the skills requirements for maintenance personnel are not high;
good compatibility with other transmission components, and can easily form a hybrid transmission system with pulleys, sprockets, etc.
3) Working Principle
In simple equipment, the spur gears are driven by a simple parallel shaft arrangement. The characteristic of no axial force reduces additional constraints
on the bearings and the box, and the gearbox structure can be designed to be lighter; in daily use, only regular grease is required
to ensure the basic transmission function, reducing the maintenance complexity of the equipment.

It is often used in machinery with simple structure, such as the transmission gear of manual hoists, the speed reduction mechanism of small winches,
the internal transmission system of small crushers for households, etc.
